For our office in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for motivated, talented individuals who would like to join our team as an IT Consultant (f/m/d)
About you
- You have a university degree in the field of business informatics, computer science, physics or mathematics, preferably with a focus on software engineering
- You have more than 3 years of professional experience as an IT consultant/IT system analyst as well as several years of professional experience in the areas of software development and architecture
- You ideally have practical experience in the field of aviation (airport or crew management or air cargo) or transport and logistics including cargo
- You have experience in the area of requirements analysis, modelling with UML andwith programming languages such as Java, Python or C++
- You have solid experience in working with databases such as SQL and you are comfortable with Azure, AWS or GCP
- You are willing to familiarise yourself with current trends and (state-of-the-art) technologies
- You are a team player, conceptual thinking, and have strong communication skills
- You have a solution-oriented, reliable and independent way of working
- You have a general willingness to travel
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
Your mission
Support our team in Frankfurt and work on exciting projects within the travel, transport and logistics industry:
- Project management and overall control, coordination and monitoring of complex projects in the travel, transport and logistics environment
- Maximizing efficiency by analyzing and (re)defining our customers’ processes
- Evaluating data and significant KPIs for meaningful reporting
- Track project status and regularly report project results to various stakeholders at all levels (team, client, steering committee, etc.)
- Implement new solutions after assessing the requirements of all stakeholders
- Independent processing of work packages within the projects
- Developing concepts and strategies with our customers
- Leading meetings on operational and management level
- Conducting workshops with our customers to understand their needs
- Immersion in operational processes – hands-on mentality is required here
- Working on-site with customers both domestically and internationally
- Striving for high quality and actively contributing to the success of projects
- Attend internal and external trainings and events
- Participation in internal study groups and sharing of industry know-how
- Be creative and willing to define new, innovative offers
