M2P's Operations Start-Up service brings along established methodologies on how the risk of failure on and around opening day can be mitigated.

We ensure the security standards are met, in defining with the local authorities how the building is secured.
We develop operations plans and procedures and define the appropriate measures around contingencies.
We review if the required staff allocated is sufficient and the service levels can be met.
We ensure that the infrastructure can be operated with focusing first on functional and integration testing to ensure each system works correctly.
We approach the final checks with commencing end to end drills with the key stakeholders who will operate in the facility.
