Lana Kleimann is a Partner in our Frankfurt office and leading the Operations Management Practice of M2P. She has deep knowledge and experience in airline and airport operations with a distinct expertise in operations management and process re-engineering. Her projects comprise crew management, ground operations and airport commissioning for a number of significant airlines and airports in Europe, North-America and the Middle East.
Working with airports, Lana has advised on and managed numerous IT implementation projects as well as commissioning of airports and related infrastructures.
Her projects with airlines focus on optimization of crew management and operations where Lana can provide clients with a broad portfolio of experience including crew management diagnostics, the preparation and negotiation with labor unions and the automation of workforce planning. Her clients range from low-cost carriers to network carriers based across the globe.
Two of her projects were honored with the Best-of-Consulting-Mittelstand Award by WirtschaftsWoche in 2017 and 2018. She is a regular speaker at aviation industry conferences, including AGIFORS Crew Management and AGIFROS Airline Operations.
Lana completed her Bachelors Degree in Aviation Management at IUBH, Bad Honnef, Germany, and holds a Master of International Business from USC, Queensland, Australia. Lana gained cultural competences by spending part of her life overseas, including the United States and South-East Asia.
