If your profile is a M2P fit, we want to get to know you better in up to three interviews. First, our Talent Acquisition Team (TAT) will schedule a Telephone Interview with you so that you can get a first impression of each other. After that, we will invite you to a Personal Interview at our office with M2P Consultants and a Manager as well as the TAT. It is important to us that you also get to know one of our Managing Partners, which will take place in the third Interview.
We are eager to make thought-out but fast decisions, so after your last personal interview we will get in touch with you as soon as possible. The contract offer will be sent to you by e-mail so that we can discuss open questions and details. The final version along with further documents will be sent to you by post.
On your first day we will welcome you in our Frankfurt office. Throughout two days of workshops, networking opportunities and introductions into IT systems and tools you will get to know the culture and projects of M2P Consulting. We will organize a casual Get-Together at the end of the day where there is plenty of opportunity to become acquainted with your new colleagues.

Be aware that we will give you case studies to solve throughout the interview process. Come prepared but be yourself and see if M2P is a good fit for you!
