David Ploog
Partner
David Ploog studied Law at Frankfurt University. Parallel to his studies, he worked with different companies to establish new ways of reporting corporate performance to senior management. This led him to consulting and to join a leading consulting firm.
During a consulting engagement he met his future partner, Christophe Mostert. With more than 12 years of experience in consulting projects he is now focusing on building a leading consulting company for the TT&L industry. By establishing the principles of innovation, performance and drive as M2P’s consulting practice, David Ploog will guide the team to deliver sustainable success to its clients.

Christophe Mostert
Partner
After the completion of his bank traineeship, Christophe Mostert studied Computer Sciences at TU Darmstadt and holds a master degree. His first professional job was being a consultant for a large management consulting company working for instance for a big German airline. It was here that he met David Ploog, his future partner. Together, they decided to found their own consultancy specializing in aviation after having gained first work experience within the industry.
Christophe Mostert has over 15 years of experience in the areas of Aviation and Transportation such as Airline Flight Operations, Crew Management, Ground Operation, Aircraft Maintenance and Overhaul. He has worked on a wide variety of projects ranging from process reengineering and implementations to various feasibility and strategy studies for both airlines and airports around the world. Christophe Mostert manages the project leadership in M2P’s global offices and is responsible to continuously develop our best practices.

Dr. Christel Gade
Partner
Christel Gade holds a PhD from Bonn University. She started her professional career with a leading consulting company, where she spent eight years advising clients in various industries in the areas of operations, strategy, sales and organisation. As a senior she set a functional focus on Organisation and Talent Management. After leaving the consulting firm, she joined a leading bank as Head of Strategy and Corporate Development. After seven years in line management, she co-founded a consulting firm focussed on HR and Talent Management before joining M2P as a Partner in 2012, being responsible for the business area Management Consulting.

Birgit Koerting
Principal - Professional Services
After the completion of a travel agency consultant apprenticeship, Birgit Koerting started her career at a German Airline working in the field of Reservation/Distribution. Next to her professional career at a market-leading IT software provider for the German Travel industry, she studied Business Administration at the University of Applied Sciences in Mainz and holds a Master degree in International Business and Media Economics.
Birgit Koerting has gained more than 15 years of leadership and management experience in the areas of Aviation and Transportation such as Passenger Service, Distribution and Ground Operations. She has worked in a variety of line management roles and projects and ranging from setting up and implementing marketing and sales strategies as well as several feasibility studies, process reengineering and implementations for both airlines, tour operators and IT companies in Germany and Australia. Birgit Koerting manages the Professional Service customer and project portfolio in M2P’s global offices and is responsible to continuously ensure the delivery of our consultancy and service commitment.

Ayhan Altunay
Head of IT Services
Ayhan Altunay joined M2P as Head of IT Services in January 2012. During the last twelve years he was IT consultant in several consulting companies. At last he worked as Unit Manager and managed a team with a focus on Quality and Test Management. Prior to this, he studied electrical engineering (FH) focusing on computer engineering. Due to the fact that he only worked for big corporations before, M2P's company size, its core values and philosophy made it attractive for him to join M2P. His role as Head of IT Services offers a broad spectrum of exciting, challenging and versatile tasks.

Hamid A. Borna
Vice President - Worldwide Professional Services
Hamid A. Borna holds a Global MBA from the University of Applied Sciences, Darmstadt, the University of Wisconsin and the TAPMI Management Institute in Bangalore. He also has a Diploma in Business Informatics from the University of Applied Sciences, Darmstadt. Hamid A. Borna joined M2P as VP Professional Services in August 2010. He has more than 14 years worth of experience in the IT-related Consulting area.
Prior to joining M2P, Hamid A. Borna has been leading the Professional Services divisions of two other US software vendors in Business Intelligence Software for Central Europe and Enterprise Software Management solutions for the EMEA region respectively. From 1998 to 2004, he had different positions in Consulting and Sales at a global leader for ERP and CRM solutions after leading several implementation projects at a HR software provider. Hamid A. Borna is responsible for positioning and expanding M2P’s Professional Services portfolio in the market. His global focus will ensure the offering of appropriate services to our worldwide customers.

Jeffery D. Oboy
Management Consultant
Jeffery D. Oboy holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, United States. He joined M2P in 2007 and has led operational efficiency and cost reduction initiatives for airlines and airports across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
Through the various projects executed across the aviation industry, Jeffery D. Oboy has assembled an excellent knowledge of airline and airport operations and is considered an expert in the area of production planning and control. As a consequence of his standing, Jeffery D. Oboy is regularly invited to share his perspectives at industry conferences and exhibitions across the globe.

Matthias Feix
Manager
Matthias Feix holds an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau (France) and Singapore as well as a Diploma in Business Informatics from the TU Darmstadt. Prior to joining M2P, he worked for a leading consulting company for several years and therefore has strong consulting expertise.
Through various projects across the aviation industry, Matthias Feix was able to gain excellent knowledge of airline operations and has become an expert in the area of production planning and control. He has successfully contributed to the delivery of major projects in these areas for a number of carriers in Europe, Middle East and Asia.

Arthur Ozimek
Manager
Arthur Ozimek holds a Diploma in Computer Sciences from TU Darmstadt. Prior to joining M2P, he worked for a global IT services company and successfully delivered projects within Europe. Arthur Ozimek has profound expertise in the field of architect of custom-made software, requirement analysis and specification, business process and data modelling, integration and system testing, quality management, enterprise application management and SOA.
