Manager’s Role
Managers manage (multiple) projects, in terms of problem structuring, people management (client teams, M2P teams) and client relationship. They deliver new approaches and identify additional improvement potential resulting in follow on projects. They show sensitivity to client, team and office needs and contribute accordingly.
Managers take a leadership role towards team and client.

M2P managers are project managers who ensure that all projects they account for are delivered at M2P’s high standards and on time. They are accountable for the impact and client benefit of their projects. Given their thorough understanding of the client’s issues and their good client access they shape the client agenda within and possibly beyond the project context.

Building relationships is a key responsibility for M2P managers. In the project context, managers are the joint between client, team members and M2P senior management. Beyond the project itself, their role is to establish sound and supportive client relations.
