M2P consultants play a structuring role in the project context. They are the analytical anchor people in the project, always in charge of their piece of work, well-informed and ready to deliver. They are perceived by clients as opinion makers and readily report to and interact with client managers as well as M2P seniors.

    With the support of the manager, consultants provide structure and direction to M2P projects by establishing work plans, setting up analyses and channeling results. This requires that they are proficient in methods and tools for research and analysis and that they know and apply the established M2P consulting methods.

  • Delivery / Business Judgement

    M2P consultants ensure timely delivery at a high level of quality for multiple project modules. This requires that they deeply understand the client’s problem, set it in the relevant context and deliver solutions to it. Like all M2P professionals, they are ambitious about their own contribution to improve the client’s performance with innovative ideas and state of the art methods.
