Henning Guttau (Business Analyst IT)
Background
Henning Guttau joined M2P as a Business Analyst in 2010. Before that, he studied Computer Science at the University of Passau. He also gained first professional experiences during an internship at a leading IT service company.

Victoria Teworte (Consultant)
Background
Victoria Teworte has been working as Business Analyst at M2P since 2009. Prior to that, she studied Tourism Management at the International School of Management Dortmund with two integrated semesters in Spain and USA. During her studies, she gained work experience in the aviation industry through an internship and diploma thesis at a major German airline.
Why M2P?
“I have always been fascinated by TT&L and have therefore aimed at working in this challenging and interdisciplinary industry. For my career, I am excited to successfully work on a diversity of international projects with different clients as part of the M2P team and thereby achieve lasting impact. Ralf Schikorr (Consultant)
Background
Ralf Schikorr attended the Rheinisch-Westfälische Technische Hochschule Aachen in Germany, and University of Maastricht in the Netherlands. After completion of his Master Thesis on Airport Competition he attained a Master of Arts diploma. Before joining M2P Consulting in 2010, he worked as Airport Consultant for various aviation consultancies, focussing on forecasting, scenario modelling as well as market and capacity studies.

“I have had a keen interest in aviation since my studies. The industry requires an extensive amount of communication skills, analytical thinking, and service-orientation. Working at M2P gives me an excellent platform to combine team performance with aviation expertise within numerous projects for multiple TT&L customers. Working as consultant allows me to gain extensive experience within a challenging and rewarding industry.”

Jeff Stone (Consultant)
Background
Jeff Stone completed his university studies at the University of Maryland (USA), where he earned a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s in Information Systems. After a decade of expanding his professional experiences in foreign countries, he joined the M2P family as a Consultant in the Spring of 2011.

Matthias Feix (Manager)
Background
Matthias Feix holds a MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau (France) and Singapore as well as a Diploma in Business Informatics, which he attained at the TU Darmstadt and at the INPG in France. During his work at a leading consulting company he furthermore gained strong project and consulting experiences.
